Barclay Bright

PRESIDENT

Founded in 2020, Watertown is led by Barclay Bright, President, who is supported by a small, local — and distributed — team. Barclay has spent the last 25 years, in various roles, as an advisor to company owners. Prior to Watertown, he served as Sr. M&A Advisor for The Independence Group, a California-based M&A firm.

A native of Virginia, Barclay is a graduate of both The College of William & Mary (B.A.) and the University of Virginia—Darden (M.B.A.).

Christine serves as Director of Marketing at Watertown, where she leads brand, communications, and digital marketing efforts. She brings over ten years of experience in creative strategy and design, supporting organizations through thoughtful positioning and consistent execution.
